About Klaus Nielsen

Klaus Nielsen is Cambridge-educated and dual MBA holder who has worked in project management and as a business analysts for fifteen years. He has embraced PMI, IIBA and IREB tools, techniques, knowledge, skills and methodologies for the last ten of those years. He is author of the book I am Agile and the writer of several industry articles published worldwide.

Together with Martin J. Ernst, Klaus developed the first Business Case Certification in Denmark, the DIT Business Case Certified Practitioner certification.

Mr. Nielsen is the founder of Global Business Development (gbd.dk), a PMI-Registered Education Provider (R.E.P) where he train and consults businesses ranging from small start-ups to top-500 companies. For the last couple of years Klaus has taught at the IT University of Copenhagen and is a frequent speaker at events. Klaus holds PMP®,PMI-ACP® and PMI-RMP credentials from the Project Management Institute, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and is ISTQB, Prince2, Managing Successful Programme (MSP), Sig Sigma and ITIL certified.
